Help with preparing and organizing tree orders, bundling seedlings, assisting customers, and keeping things running smoothly on the day of the sale. This weeklong event typically takes place in the spring.

Assist staff and trained volunteers with collecting water samples and identifying aquatic insects to help monitor stream health. This is seasonal work, usually done in spring and fall, and may require getting into the water.

Support our annual collection day by helping direct traffic, unloading vehicles, sorting materials, or assisting vendors. This is a one-day event each year and is primarily focused on safe disposal of items like paint, batteries, and electronics.

Join small groups to assist with various planting efforts. Projects may include native plants, trees, or shrubs in conservation areas or other community locations. Opportunities vary and are scheduled as needed.

Assist with the physical removal of invasive plants to help restore natural habitats. This may include pulling, cutting, or digging targeted species under staff guidance. Tools and training are provided; no plant ID skills are required. Opportunities vary and are scheduled as needed.
